MQP-Bplus-20056-070 (Former Name: MQP-B2plus) is the powder grade for high performance magnets and their applications. Numerous applications, such as power seat motors and smaller sized hard disk drives, could benefit significantly by utilizing MQP-B -20056-070. It is an isotropic magnet powder suitable for the manufacture of bonded magnets. MQP-Bplus-20056-070 is based on a patented Nd-Fe-Co-B composition that has been designed to include minimum amounts of cobalt. This material is produced by employing a proprietary rapid solidification process followed by a milling process and heat treatment.

MQP-15-7-20065-070 (Former Name: MQP-15-7A) is a cost optimized powder in the MQP-15-7 series with high residual inductance (Br) and low intrinsic coercivity (Hci). This makes it ideal for certain types of micromotors, such as stepper motors used in optical disc drives and office automation products. Given its ideal Nd-Pr-Fe-B alloy composition, it is especially well-suited for ferrite replacement applications. MQP-15-7-20065-070 is produced by employing a proprietary rapid solidification process followed by a milling process and heat treatment.

MQP-16-7-20068-070 (Former Name: MQP-16-7A), with specified Residual Induction (Br) of nearly 1.0 Tesla, MQP-16-7-20068-070 is one of the highest performing products in the isotropic bonded magnet industry. MQP-16-7-20068-070 is cos optimized as it does not employ any cobalt. It is targeted at ODD spindle motor magnets as well as multi-pole sintered ferrite stepper motor and other similar magnets. Its lower Intrinsic Coercivity makes this material ideal for replacing ferrite magnets in many diverse applications. This material is produced by employing a proprietary rapid solidification process followed by a milling process and heat treatment.
